    Claudette Renard's love of cooking and entertaining sparked the dream of owning her own catering business. In 1984 that dream became a reality when she founded Renard's Catering and began delivering the highest quality dishes with superior, friendly and professional service to the Green Bay area. Her daughter Denise and son-in-law Tom have expanded on her dream to bring our services to over 3500 events per year.

Outdoor Picnics & Pig Roast

Spanferkel pig roasted on one of our specialized trailer roasters and carved in front of you and your guests at your event! We slow roast your pig for 12 hours, smoked at a low temperature to keep the pig moist and flavorful. Our server will carve the pig to the bone in about an hour while your guests watch. You can have the fun while we put in the hours of preparation and clean-up.
